No. The score, your two biggest leaks, and the plan recommendation all render as soon as you finish the five questions. The email field appears after that, and it is only there because the longer Leak Report has to be sent somewhere.

Your answers, and nothing else. There is no industry average in this tool because I do not have a defensible one for DMV home services. If you give an average job value, the dollar figure is your own missed-call count multiplied by 4.33 weeks and by your job value, and that arithmetic is printed underneath the number so you can check it.

Because nobody asked you for one. A close rate you guessed at, multiplied by a call count you guessed at, produces a number that looks precise and is not. The figure shown is labelled a ceiling: what those calls would be worth if every one of them became a job, which is the most they could possibly be worth.

Pick the answer that says so. An unknown is left out of the calculation on both sides, so it does not count against you and does not quietly drag your score toward zero. The result tells you how many questions it actually scored.

No, and the code that picks it cannot see prices. It walks the three plans in order and returns the first one that covers the jobs your leaks map to. If your only leak is unanswered calls, it recommends Basic, which is the cheapest thing on the pricing page.
