Who these terms are with

These terms are with NigelBuilds LLC, based in Germantown, Maryland. In these terms, NigelBuilds means NigelBuilds LLC.

The services

NigelBuilds provides managed business systems and custom business automation (“Services”) for service businesses. The Services may include configuring existing software, connecting supported tools, building Business Systems, automating defined repetitive tasks, providing monitoring and maintenance, and producing reports or operational summaries. The specific Business Systems, connected tools, permissions, deliverables and limitations for a client are defined in the applicable order, Pilot intake, statement of work or other written scope.

Business Systems

A Business System is a defined managed workflow or capability configured to produce one specific business outcome. NigelBuilds offers a library of 15 Business Systems, and all 15 are available now. A Business System may use one or more connected tools. Connected tools do not each consume a separate Business System unless the written scope states otherwise. Each library system uses one system slot on your plan.

Custom Business Automation

Custom Business Automation is a separate offer for a workflow the library does not cover. A standard custom workflow uses 1 system slot. Complex integrations, standalone builds, voice and data migration are separately quoted from $2,500. The price and scope of any quoted work are agreed in writing before work starts.

Missed-Call Text-Back

Missed-Call Text-Back is available now. Carrier or business-texting approval is required before activation. No activation date is promised. Carriers and texting providers make their own approval decisions, and NigelBuilds does not control them.

The website and demo

The site and the demo are provided as is for evaluation. Demo businesses, names and numbers are fictional and illustrative. Do not rely on demo output as advice and do not submit real personal information to the demo. Automated or abusive use of the demo is not allowed and is rate limited.

The Pilot

The 21-Day Automation Pilot is a one-time paid engagement of $1,500 that runs for 21 days from the intake call. It covers two approved Business Systems. The Pilot fee is non-refundable. The Pilot never enrolls you in a plan automatically, and no recurring charge starts unless you choose a plan. Its scope is listed on the Pilot page.

Intake is a 30-minute call run by our closer.

Pilot setup credit

The $1,500 Pilot fee is a setup credit. If the client continues on a Basic, Pro or Max plan at the current published pricing, the credit is applied against that plan's setup fee. The credit is valid for 12 months from the Pilot payment and has no cash value.

Compatibility review

Before setup starts, NigelBuilds checks the tool, plan tier, admin access and the read and write actions each workflow needs. If the path is known, work proceeds. If a custom path is likely, work can proceed and the technical scope is flagged first. If there is a blocker, a missing plan tier or admin access, or no viable path, checkout is held and NigelBuilds tells you before you pay. Plans and billing

Plans are a one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee. Basic: 2 Business Systems, $1,500 setup and $500 a month; Pro: 5 Business Systems, $3,000 setup and $1,000 a month; Max: up to 10 Business Systems, $5,000 setup and $2,000 a month. An Extra Business System beyond the plan is $250 a month plus a $500 setup fee. Plans are listed on the Pricing page and confirmed in a written scope before work starts.

Plans auto-renew and are charged automatically through Stripe until you cancel. They run month to month, and you cancel with 30 days notice. By starting a plan, the client authorizes NigelBuilds to charge the payment method on file through Stripe each month until the plan is canceled. Fees do not change based on usage.

Cancellation

Plans are month to month. To cancel, give 30 days notice. Monthly charges continue through the notice period and stop when it ends.

Shadow and draft first

Shadow and draft first. Customer-facing automation starts only after technical support is confirmed and you explicitly approve it.

Until then, a Business System prepares drafts and holds its output for review. The client sends or approves anything that reaches a customer.

Permissions and approvals

NigelBuilds configures each Business System with defined permissions and operating rules. Services begin with the narrowest permissions reasonably required for the agreed workflow. Customer-facing sending or other mutating actions are not enabled unless specifically included in the written scope, technically configured and approved.

Business Systems are not configured to move money or change amounts, delete records or email, change passwords, users or security settings, or give medical, legal or financial advice, unless a future written policy changes this. The client remains responsible for decisions it approves.

Third-party tools and client accounts

Clients remain responsible for their third-party software accounts, subscriptions and provider terms. NigelBuilds may connect supported third-party services when required by the agreed scope. Availability and functionality of third-party services may change outside NigelBuilds’ control. Connections not already supported may require separate scoping and a separate quote.

Where providers allow it, connections are created inside the client's own accounts and can be revoked by the client at any time. Third-party subscriptions a workflow needs are held in the client's name.

Model providers

Some Business Systems may use third-party AI or model providers to process limited client content needed to perform the configured task. NigelBuilds uses business API accounts. Client production work never runs on personal ChatGPT, Claude or other personal AI subscriptions. The providers used for a client may vary by scope and are disclosed through service documentation or on request.

Termination, export and offboarding

On termination, NigelBuilds will reasonably assist with exporting service-generated information that is technically available and included in the client’s scope. Credentials or access under NigelBuilds’ control will be revoked or removed as appropriate. Service data will be retained or deleted according to NigelBuilds’ documented retention practices, technical backup cycles, contractual obligations and applicable law. Backup copies may persist temporarily until normal backup rotation completes.

No promised outcomes

NigelBuilds does not promise revenue, savings, profit, leads or hours saved. Those depend on the client's business.

Written agreement

A signed scope or service agreement for a Pilot or plan controls if it conflicts with these terms.
