Most businesses that run Basic for a month can see from the call log how many of those callers never got followed up. That is what Pro adds.
Setup is a one-time fee for completed work. Service is billed monthly, month to month. Voice usage past your plan allowance is billed at provider cost plus 20 percent, itemized.

60-Second Lead Protection Guarantee
On Pro or Max, if the Operator does not respond to at least 95 percent of your eligible new leads within 60 seconds during your first 30 days, I refund your first month of service.
Measured from your own system logs: the timestamp a lead reaches the Operator to the timestamp the first response goes out. You can see every one of them in your portal, so the number is checkable by you, not just by me.
What counts as an eligible lead
What does not count
What is refunded is your first month of service. Setup is not refunded, because that work is built, tested, and delivered.
Before any of that clock starts, every system runs 50 business-specific test scenarios built from the requests you actually get, and the first 14 days after launch are closely monitored.
What I do not promise
Every plan includes a monthly voice allowance. Past that allowance, usage is billed at what the provider charges plus 20 percent, itemized on your invoice. You get an alert at 80 percent of your allowance, before any overage happens.
Outside the plans
A custom CRM, an internal app, a deep integration between tools you already pay for, or automation that does not look like any of the three plans.
Quoted per project once it is clear what the work actually is. There is no published price because there is no standard scope.
This is separate work, not a fourth plan. The Operator is what most businesses should be asking about first.
Home-service companies in the DMV: Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. That is where I work today and where I can be on site when something needs a person.
It works the same way for any appointment-driven local business: clinics, med spas, dental, pest control, cleaning. Home services is simply where most of the missed money is.
If your call volume is low, or you already have a front desk that answers everything inside a minute, this will not pay for itself and I will tell you so.
Hear it work first. Then, if you want a number on what you are losing before you choose, the free Lead Leak Audit measures it against your own figures and tells you plainly whether this pays for itself.
