Pricing

One offer, every number stated

One engagement, one implementation fee, one monthly price. What is included, what is not, how long it takes, and how to cancel. All of it, on this page.

The audit costs nothing, takes about 15 minutes, and ends in a straight answer rather than a pitch.

The offer

Operator

One AI Operator handling the repetitive work behind your business, built for your setup and run for you every month.

$3,000 implementation+$2,500/mo+ usage

The monthly works out to $82 a day.

What is included

  • Capture: calls answered around the clock, missed-call recovery, web and chat intake, caller qualification, and booking into your calendar.
  • Convert: follow-up on leads and quotes, reactivation of past customers, no-show recovery, and review requests.
  • Operate: CRM updates, admin workflows, notifications, reporting, and integrations with the tools you already run.
  • A build scoped to your business from the audit findings, not a template switched on.
  • Every system completes 50 business-specific test scenarios before it goes live.
  • Ongoing management: I run it, watch it, and fix it when your business or your tools change.
  • A monthly report of what the system caught, booked, recovered, and handled.

What is not included

  • Telephony, SMS, and AI model usage are billed separately at provider cost. They are not marked up.
  • Ad spend and ad account management are not included.
  • Which capabilities get built for you is set during scoping. Not every business needs every workflow, and nothing is promised before it is checked against your actual phone system, calendar, and CRM.
  • Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
Lines and locations
Multi-line and multi-location supported. The exact count is confirmed during scoping and is part of the quote.
Timeline
Typically live within 30 business days of scope sign-off.
Cancellation
Monthly service can be cancelled anytime. The implementation fee covers work already completed and is not refunded once the build has started.
Usage
Telephony, SMS, and AI model usage are billed separately at provider cost. Your usage depends on your own call and message volume, so it is measured on your real numbers during onboarding rather than estimated up front.

What is inside it

Three jobs, one system

These are not three plans and there is no version of Operator that has one and not the others. Which parts get built for your business, and in what order, comes out of the audit.

Capture

Stop losing the people who already tried to reach you.

  • Answering the phone around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Missed-call recovery, so a caller who hung up still gets a text back.
  • Web and chat intake from your site, answered the same way the phone is.
  • Qualifying the caller with intake questions written for your business.
  • Booking straight into your calendar, and routing or transferring to your team when a person is needed.

Convert

Turn the leads you already have into booked, paid work.

  • Follow-up on leads and quotes over text and email, on a schedule that does not depend on anyone remembering.
  • Reactivation of past customers who have gone quiet.
  • No-show and cancellation recovery.
  • Review requests after completed work.

Operate

Take the repetitive admin off your team.

  • CRM records created and updated without anyone retyping anything.
  • Admin workflows that currently move information by hand.
  • Notifications to the right person the moment something needs them.
  • Reporting on what the system caught, booked, and recovered.
  • Integrations between the tools you already run, confirmed against your actual stack during scoping.

Fit

Who Operator is built for

Local businesses in the DMV: Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. That is where I work today, and it is where I can be on site when something needs a person. Any trade.

  • Calls, leads, bookings, or customers that are worth real money when you catch them and cost you real money when you miss them.
  • Enough of them that catching more would show up in the accounts, not just feel better.
  • Repetitive front-office or admin work that eats hours every week.
  • Someone who can say yes to changing how the front office runs.

Size on its own does not decide it. If your call and admin volume is low, or the work is not repetitive enough for a system to help, the audit will say so and you will not get a pitch.

Other ways to work together

Smaller and scoped work

Operator is the engagement most businesses should be asking about. These exist for the ones it does not suit yet.

AI Operations Audit

A paid working session and written teardown for a business that wants the full analysis before committing to a build.

$999 one-time

The $999 is credited in full toward implementation on any build started within 30 days.

What is included

  • A working session walking your business front to back: how a lead comes in, gets answered, qualified, booked, followed up, and closed.
  • Analysis of your real numbers: call logs, missed-call counts, response times, booking rates, review volume, whatever you can export or grant access to.
  • A written teardown: where you are losing customers or hours, what each one costs per month, what to fix first, and what not to build yet.
  • One scoped proposal with a baseline metric and a 60-day target: the system moves a named number from where it is to where it should be.

What is not included

  • No system is built during the audit. It produces the teardown and the proposal the build runs on.
  • No ad, content, or search strategy.
  • Most businesses do not need this. The free audit is the normal path and answers the same question for nothing.

Working session scheduled within 5 business days; the written teardown lands within 5 business days after it. One-time engagement. The $999 is credited in full toward implementation on any build started within 30 days.

Missed Call Rescue

A single scoped build for a business that is not ready for Operator: stop losing the callers who already hung up.

$1,000 implementation+$497/mo+ usage

What is included

  • Missed-call text-back: every unanswered call gets an automatic SMS.
  • A proper install with text-back scripting written for your business, not a template.
  • Lead capture from the reply, stored against the caller's number.
  • Owner alert the moment a lead comes in.
  • Booking link delivered in the text thread.
  • A monthly recovered-lead log: every missed call caught, every reply, and every booking, in one report.

What is not included

  • This is not Operator and it is not a smaller version of it. It does one job.
  • No live voice answering. This does not pick up the phone.
  • No call qualification or intake questions.
  • No follow-up sequences, reactivation, review requests, or recovery campaigns.
  • No CRM or admin workflow build.
  • Your line has to be able to forward, and your booking tool has to be able to take an appointment. Both are checked before anything is charged.

Live within 5 business days. Monthly service can be cancelled anytime.

Check My Fit

Six questions about your line and your booking tool. If it fits, I send the setup payment link. Monthly billing starts the day it goes live, not the day you pay.

Scoped custom work

A single workflow, an integration between two tools you already pay for, or a build that does not look like anything above.

Quoted per project after the audit, once it is clear what the work actually is. There is no published price because there is no standard scope.

This is secondary work. Operator is the engagement most businesses should be asking about.

What we put behind it

Every system completes 50 business-specific test scenarios before launch. Your first 14 days are closely monitored, monthly service can be cancelled anytime, and if NigelBuilds misses the agreed launch date for reasons under our control, you receive a $250 service credit.

50

business-specific test scenarios before launch

14 days

of close monitoring after you go live

$250

service credit if I miss the agreed launch date

  • The implementation fee covers completed work: build, integration, testing, and launch. It is not a deposit and it is not a retainer.
  • Delivery timelines begin once required access, content, and approvals are received. Custom integrations can extend delivery beyond the standard window.
  • Monthly service can be cancelled anytime. The implementation fee covers work already completed and is not refunded once the build has started.

What I do not promise

  • No revenue guarantee.
  • No promise of free work until a return is reached.
  • No claim about results at another business being what you will get.

Usage

What “+ usage” means

Telephony, SMS, and AI model usage are billed separately at provider cost. Your usage depends on your own call and message volume, so it is measured on your real numbers during onboarding rather than estimated up front.

The math

What a human front desk costs per day

A full-time front desk hire at $18 an hour runs $128 a day once you load in payroll taxes, benefits, and PTO, and that covers 40 of the 168 hours in a week. Here is the arithmetic.

  • $18 per hour x 40 hours x 52 weeks = $37,440 base salary
  • $37,440 x 1.25 for payroll taxes, benefits, and PTO = $46,800 per year
  • $46,800 divided by 365 = $128 a day
  • That covers 40 of the 168 hours in a week. The phone still rings during the rest.

A typical example built from the wage math shown, not a figure for any specific business. Wage and benefit costs vary by role and location.

Not sure it is worth it for you?

That is what the free audit is for. We find where your business is losing customers or wasting staff time, put a number on it using your figures, and tell you plainly whether Operator pays for itself. If it does not, we say so. Want the full written teardown of your real numbers instead? Book the AI Operations Audit.
