Billing. Plans auto-renew and are charged automatically through Stripe until you cancel. They run month to month, and you cancel with 30 days notice.

Pilot. The Pilot is a one-time, non-refundable $1,500. It never auto-enrolls you in a plan. The $1,500 is a setup credit toward Basic, Pro or Max, valid for 12 months.
Intake. Intake is a 30-minute call run by our closer.
Delivery. Shadow and draft first. Customer-facing automation starts only after technical support is confirmed and you explicitly approve it.

The number of Business Systems you run. Basic is 2 for $500/mo, Pro is 5 for $1,000/mo, Max is up to 10 for $2,000/mo. Every plan includes NigelBuilds Core, and safety is never tiered.
How does billing renew?
Plans auto-renew and are charged automatically through Stripe until you cancel. They run month to month. There is no per-use billing: your monthly fee is the plan price.

Can you text back missed calls?
Yes. Missed-Call Text-Back is available now. Carrier or business-texting approval is required before activation, so no activation date is promised.
Why is there an implementation fee?
Because the setup is real work: validating your Opportunity Map, reviewing compatibility, connecting supported tools, building and configuring the system, testing, and verifying in shadow mode before anything goes live.
What does my monthly payment cover?
Running the systems, retrying failed steps and holding them for review, restarting stuck work, maintaining supported integrations, keeping approval controls and activity history, and reporting results.
Do I have to start with the Pilot?
No. You can start with a plan. The $1,500 Pilot is one-time and non-refundable, and it carries a $1,500 setup credit valid for 12 months.
