All real. Every case study is a live project I built for a client or my own businesses. The metrics shown are verified where possible. I don't do concept work or portfolio pieces. These are systems that are actually running and delivering value.

Some projects are public (like this site), others are private/internal tools. If a project has a public URL, I'll share it during our conversation. For private systems (dashboards, internal tools), I can show screenshots or walk you through the architecture.

Yes. The patterns are reusable: AI receptionist, booking systems, automation dashboards, membership sites. I'll adapt the architecture to your specific needs, tools, and workflows. No two builds are identical, but proven patterns make delivery faster and more reliable.

(1) Intake: understand the problem and current setup, often starting from a short strategy session. (2) Proposal: what we will build, timeline, budget. (3) Build phase: design, develop, integrate. (4) Testing and refinement. (5) Launch and handoff: documentation and training. Most projects are 4-8 weeks.

I handle technical copy (CTAs, form labels, error messages) and can work with your existing brand guidelines. For full copywriting or brand identity work, I offer Branding, Logos & Visual Design as a separate service. Most builds use your existing copy, refined for conversion.

Depends on the project. For websites: form submissions, click-through rates, time on site. For automations: tasks completed, errors reduced, time saved. For AI systems: tickets resolved, calls handled, leads qualified. I set up tracking during the build so you can see real numbers post-launch.

Small tweaks (copy changes, color adjustments) are quick fixes. Larger changes (new features, redesigns) are scoped as separate projects.
