Permissions
What voice can do on each plan.
Basic
Ask and listen: hear the brief, ask about a customer, job or invoice, and leave a note that becomes a draft. Nothing is approved or changed by voice.
Pro
Everything in Basic, plus approve or reject a waiting draft by voice. The assistant reads the exact action back and waits for a spoken yes before anything changes.
Max
Same as Pro. Actions you listed in written rules can run without a tap, and everything else still asks.
