Google and Microsoft
Connected inside your own account.
Google Workspace is connected through an internal OAuth app in your own workspace, limited to the mailboxes, calendars and folders the assistant works on. Microsoft 365 uses an app registration in your own tenant with the Graph permissions your admin grants. Either can be revoked by you at any time.
Tools you pay for
Your subscriptions stay yours.
If a workflow needs a paid tool, like an automation platform or a field-service add-on, the subscription sits in your name. You keep it if you leave. Your plan includes a limited number of integrations and +3 Integrations is available as an add-on.
