What happens after the Pilot?+
At Day 21 you get the Value Report and a plain recommendation. You choose Basic, Pro, Max, or nothing. There is no automatic enrollment. If you choose a plan, the full $1,500 comes off its setup fee.
What will it never do?+
On every plan it cannot move money, issue refunds, delete records or email, change passwords or security settings, or give medical, legal or financial advice. Those are blocked in the permission rules, not left to judgment.
What happens when it is unsure?+
It stops and asks. If a request is outside your written rules, involves money, a complaint, a legal or clinical question, or anything it has no SOP for, it flags it for a named person with the context attached and does not reply on its own.
How is my data kept secure?+
Every production install follows the NigelBuilds security standard: a separate server and a locked Docker container, credentials created in your own accounts with the narrowest access that works, action logging, a spend cap and a kill switch. The Security page marks any control that is not yet operational as Roadmap.
Who holds the credentials?+
You do, wherever the provider allows it. I set up OAuth apps and API keys inside your Google Workspace, Microsoft tenant or software account. You can revoke any of them at any time without asking me.
How does the Pilot work?+
It is a $1,500, 21-day implementation and evaluation Pilot. Days 1 to 10 cover intake, connecting 2 systems from the supported library, and testing. Days 10 to 21 are live, with the daily brief, inbox triage and 3 scheduled jobs on read and draft permissions. At Day 21 you get a Value Report. Pilot activation guarantee: if your assistant is not running its daily brief and scheduled jobs by Day 10, the live evaluation is extended day for day, so you still get at least 11 live days, at no extra charge. If you move to a plan, the full $1,500 comes off setup. If you do not, you keep the report and the export.
Do you need access to our Google or Microsoft account?+
The assistant needs access to the mailboxes, calendars and folders it works on, and nothing else. For Google Workspace I set up an internal OAuth app in your own workspace with least-privilege scopes. For Microsoft 365 it is an app registration in your own tenant with the Graph permissions you grant. Your admin approves it, and can revoke it.
