What is not included

This is not Operator and it is not a smaller version of it. It does one job.
No live voice answering. This does not pick up the phone.
No call qualification or intake questions.
No follow-up sequences, reactivation, review requests, or recovery campaigns.
No CRM or admin workflow build.
Your line has to be able to forward, and your booking tool has to be able to take an appointment. Both are checked before anything is charged.

Usage: Telephony, SMS, and AI model usage are billed separately at provider cost. Your usage depends on your own call and message volume, so it is measured on your real numbers during onboarding rather than estimated up front.
